Feeling the Fullness

Each time I wind around another healing milestone, I relish in a feeling of fullness. Fullness of new skills learned, fullness of growing every day, fullness of trusting my body to do what it needs to make itself better again. No matter your trauma or injury, there will come a time when you will feel the fullness once again. You are not broken forever.
